I’m a world wide hospitality consultant with clients ranging from a major hotel group in Singapore to a single taverna on a Greek island. What makes my consulting service unique is that my advice comes from personal experience - historical and current. I still run my own businesses from food production to catering services to hospitality software.
I am personally invested in all of my venues, and am hands-on at each of them - I get the risks, and understand the industry from top to bottom. I bring all of that, along with my tales of trials and triumph, to my consulting.

Three NSW clubs quietly partner with Catering HQ

Camden Golf Club, Nelson Bay Bowling Club and Club Jervis Bay in NSW have all quietly relaunched their bistro offerings under new partnerships with Catering HQ.
Despite partnering with the same external operator, each club’s new bistro is unique in their own way. Camden Golf Club’s refreshed bistro, The Stables, is focused on servicing one of Sydney’s fastest-growing suburban regions.
